My husband (Charles Thomas) and I have found a plot of land that we like. The property (HOA) requires a minimum 2000 sf home to be built within 2 years of property purchase. Do you have rancher type models 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths? We are have a budget of $200,000.00 for construction, electric hook-up, well and septic. Is that possible with your home plans?

I am trying to get a quote (I understand there are many unknowns) however, a general idea of what I would be looking at for a house. The idea is approximately 1,800-2,200 square feet. Unfinished basement is fine. Cape cod style, or Ranch style house is what we are looking for. A front porch as well.
