My husband (Charles Thomas) and I have found a plot of land that we like. The property (HOA) requires a minimum 2000 sf home to be built within 2 years of property purchase. Do you have rancher type models 2-3 bedrooms, 2 baths? We are have a budget of $200,000.00 for construction, electric hook-up, well and septic. Is that possible with your home plans?

We know that when building a new home it is highly important to provide a versed knowledge to our clients, allowing them to understand the process every step of the way. We also know that if you have decided to build a new home, you have probably done your home work, which is why your knowledge is just as important as ours. We have built two model homes in the area that are available to the public 7 days a week. Each model home was built to demonstrate several different styles and options of building to allow you to get a better understanding of our products and home styles. Although we have many “Fee Free” standard floor plans to choose from, we remain a Custom Home Builder offering “Turn Key” construction.

Humberson Homes provides a 5 year warranty to all New Home Construction Clients which is rarely found among other home builders. We actively stay up to date on all local, state and federal building regulations. We are fully licensed and insured and carry state required Workers Compensation Insurance on all staff and field crew members. Our office is open 7 days a week to provide a flexible and convenient access to us.
