The Government finally decided to go back to work (on a Thursday!) which certainly is not only a relief to most Americans but to the global economy world as well. Although we have many “Fee Free” standard floor plans to choose from, we remain a Custom Home Builder offering “Turn Key” construction.

Humberson Homes provides a 5 year warranty to all New Home Construction Clients which is rarely found among other home builders. We actively stay up to date on all local, state and federal building regulations. We are fully licensed and insured and carry state required Workers Compensation Insurance on all staff and field crew members. Our office is open 7 days a week to provide a flexible and convenient access to us.
