The Discovery Center at Deep Creek Lake State Park will hold its 13th Annual Ramp Cook Off on Saturday, April 26th, 2014. The event includes judging and tasting of ramp specialities and also a demonstration of paper making by using ramps. Although we have many “Fee Free” standard floor plans to choose from, we remain a Custom Home Builder offering “Turn Key” construction.

Humberson Homes provides a 5 year warranty to all New Home Construction Clients which is rarely found among other home builders. We actively stay up to date on all local, state and federal building regulations. We are fully licensed and insured and carry state required Workers Compensation Insurance on all staff and field crew members. Our office is open 7 days a week to provide a flexible and convenient access to us.
