Pick up your 12 Days to Christmas map from the Cornish Manor, the Cornish Cafe or the City Hall. Then take a nice stroll through downtown Oakland, MD and match the businesses to the ornaments they are displaying. Enter your results into the map and return it to the Cornish Cafe. Although we have many “Fee Free” standard floor plans to choose from, we remain a Custom Home Builder offering “Turn Key” construction.

Humberson Homes provides a 5 year warranty to all New Home Construction Clients which is rarely found among other home builders. We actively stay up to date on all local, state and federal building regulations. We are fully licensed and insured and carry state required Workers Compensation Insurance on all staff and field crew members. Our office is open 7 days a week to provide a flexible and convenient access to us.
