WEEKEND!
This weekend there are a lot of things you can do around Deep Creek Lake! There finally is enough snow on the ground to go cross country skiing, also the slopes at the Wisp should be in perfect condition for skiing and tubing now. Swallow Falls are definitely frozen by now – always a beautiful photo opportunity! On January 5, 2014 it’s time for another SuGO Sunday at Gears in Accident, MD. The event starts at 1pm and will end at approx. 5pm. Never heard of SuGO? Gears describe it as “the not-so-ancient-art of building Sumo Wrestling Robots using LEGO MINDSTORMS”. You and your team will build LEGO robots and then compete in a wrestling tournament.
