The Garrett County State Parks offer their First Day Hikes on New Year’s Day. At Herrington Manor State Park, the hike starts at 1pm and you are invited to bring your (well-behaved, on a leash) dog with you. A a park ranger will guide this hike around Herrington Manor and will inform you about what you need to know when you bring your dog to a state park. Although we have many “Fee Free” standard floor plans to choose from, we remain a Custom Home Builder offering “Turn Key” construction.

Humberson Homes provides a 5 year warranty to all New Home Construction Clients which is rarely found among other home builders. We actively stay up to date on all local, state and federal building regulations. We are fully licensed and insured and carry state required Workers Compensation Insurance on all staff and field crew members. Our office is open 7 days a week to provide a flexible and convenient access to us.
